We are looking for part-time bar staff to work at a wide range of festivals, events, weddings and parties across the South West and Nationwide.

Specialising in supplying stunning classic vehicle bars, as well as festival-style marquee bars, to a huge variety of different events throughout the year, we have a strong focus on serving the best quality, locally-produced beers, lagers and ciders, alongside a full bar range, whilst consistently delivering exceptional customer service.

Being an events-based business, these roles will be ad-hoc and part-time, predominantly over evenings and weekends between April-September; however further hours may be available mid-week and out of season for the right candidate/s.

Essential skills/attributes:
– Aged 18+
– A strong work ethic.
– The ability to deliver consistently high levels of customer service, even when under pressure.
– The ability to work as part of a team.
– A willingness to ‘get stuck in’ with different activities, whether that’s moving stock, cleaning equipment or finishing serving a queue before taking your break.
– Good mental arithmetic skills.
– Physically fit – lots of standing up and moving stock involved.

Desirable skills/attributes:
– Bar experience.
– A good general knowledge about beers, wines and spirits.
– Cellar experience.
– Personal Licence holder.
– Food Hygiene certificate.
– Full UK driving licence.

In return we are able to offer:
– A competitive rate of pay.
– Progression opportunities.
– The chance to work within a fun and growing family-run business, from a wide variety of different locations and classic vehicles.
– Pretty awesome Christmas parties!

PLEASE NOTE: All staff will initially be working on a self-employed basis, and will be paid weekly by BACS, without any tax/NI deductions. You will be responsible for paying your own tax/NI contributions directly to HMRC.
